The Hickory Heights POA is having our annual spring meeting on Sunday, April 11th at 3:00p.m. The meeting will be held outside in Tobiano Circle off of Buckskin Rd. We will have pizza and water available and recommend everyone bring their own chair. Masks are recommended and POA Board members will be gloved and serving the pizza slices.
Also, we will hold an election for a new board member. If you are interested in being on the board, please submit your information to HickoryHeightsPOA@gmail.com by April 1st. Simply email your name, address, phone number, brief bio and why you wish to be on the board. The candidates information will be sent out via email and through the Facebook page before the meeting. We will have ballots available at the meeting and voting will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with the general meeting starting at 3:00 p.m.
If you have any topics that you would like to discuss at the meeting, please email those to hickoryheightspoa@gmail.com and we will be happy to add that onto the agenda.
We plan to review the 2020 financials and discuss the 2021 budget. We will also pass out a delinquent dues listing. Please check our website, HickoryHeightsPOA.com (documents page), to be sure you are up-to-date on dues.
We have lots of new neighbors that have moved in over the past year, so we will review some of the BOA rules such as parking on the street, out buildings, etc. We look forward to seeing everyone, meeting the new neighbors and enjoying some pizza.
