Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19 and with the safety of our neighbors in mind, the board has decided to cancel the 2020 Annual POA meeting that is typically held in April. The financials and a delinquent dues listing will be posted to the neighborhood website, HickoryHeightsPOA.com, for all neighbors to view.
Additionally, it is time to elect two new members to the POA board. If you are interested in making a difference in our neighborhood, we strongly encourage you to volunteer. Like wise, if you know someone who you think would be a good fit, we would appreciate the recommendations. For those that have ideas for the future of the neighborhood, would like a say in the enforcement of our Bill of Assurance, or simply wants to be more involved in the community, this is a great opportunity. If interested, please submit your name with a brief bio to HickoryHeightsPOA@gmail.com. The deadline for submissions is April 15, 2020. Shortly after the submission deadline, the ballots, along with 2020 due invoices, will be mailed out to each residence. Those with delinquent dues will not be eligible to run for a board position and will not be able to cast a vote.
